Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) Certified.
This course is for workers who are required to work at various heights and supervisors who oversee at height work. Students will spend time utilizing fall protection equipment in simulated work environments and applicable legislation will be discussed. The course covers assessing hazards, fall arrest systems, types of body harnesses, lanyards, energy absorbers, and inspection of fall protection equipment.
Upon completion you will receive an Energy Safety Canada certificate which is valid for 3 years.
