Our goal at Jaws Safety Services is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our programs, our facility or our staff members, feel free to contact us so we can resolve the issue and improve ourselves and your experience in the future.
We are pleased to refund 100% of your course fee if you notify us within 2 business days of the training program, failure to do so will result in a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for those who are no-shows. People who have yet to pay will then be invoiced 100% of the program cost.
