Single Leg Energy-Absorbing Lanyard
Safety Direct’s energy-absorbing lanyards, also known as shock-absorbing lanyards, are used to connect the worker to a secure anchor point. The snap hook nearest to the energy absorber attaches to the dorsal (back) D-ring of the harness and the other connects to the anchor point.

- 1 inch (25 mm) ULTRA GUARD durable nylon webbing with (Minimum tensile strength of 5000 lbs. 23 kN)
- Snap, ladder, and scaffold hook minimum break load 5000 lbs. (23 kN) and gate rating of 3600 lbs. (16 kN)
- Polyester 310 energy absorber
- Maximum deployment length is 11.3 ft. (3.5 m)
- Maximum free fall distance CANNOT exceed 6 ft. (1830 mm)
- Maximum capacity including clothing and equipment must be at least 110 Lbs. (50 kg) and not exceed 310 Lbs. (140 kg)

Student Refund
We are pleased to refund 100% of your course fee if you notify us within 2 business days of the training program, failure to do so will result in a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for those who are no-shows. People who have yet to pay will then be invoiced 100% of the program cost.
