This course will cover several topics, including preparing to respond, the medical system, body systems, emergency action principles, cardiovascular emergencies, secondary survey,… spine injury, musculoskeletal… injuries, soft tissue injuries, sudden medical conditions, poisons & healthy lifestyles. This blended course has both an online component and a classroom component. The online component will focus on building your knowledge through theory. The classroom component will focus on developing your hands on skills. You must complete the online component prior to attending the in-class component.
Upon completion you will receive a Red Cross Standard First Aid Level C CPR with AED certificate which is valid for 3 years.
