Safety Direct’s TERRA GUARD restraint lanyards are used for positioning purposes allowing workers to attach to an anchor point with the correct length to complete the task without reaching an edge. NOT to be used for fall arrest, positioning/restraint lanyards are used to secure the workers from potential falls. The snap hook nearest to the label attaches to the dorsal (back) D-ring of the harness and the other connects to the anchor point.
